Passion + Perseverance + Determination = Success
This lecture is inspired by psychologist Angela Duckworth's research, which uncovered that the key to extraordinary achievement is not innate talent or intelligence but a unique combination of passion and perseverance called grit. In this session, we explore how grit develops and different methods to nurture it in our personal lives.
Which Habit Is Holding You Back?
Effective Habit Management as a Foundation for Personal and Professional Success.
The quality of our lives depends heavily on our habits. Habits are small, repeated actions that, when maintained consistently over time, lead to significant results. How can we develop new habits that propel us forward, and how can we release old habits that once helped us but now hinder us? This lecture provides current strategies, practical tips, and actionable methods for quick application in both work and daily life.

Are we inherently destined to suffer?
In this lecture, we explore one of the most fundamental aspects of the human experience: suffering.
What do we mean when we talk about suffering? Is it an inevitable part of being human? Do we all go through suffering?
By applying a modern interpretation of the Buddha’s teachings combined with approaches from different attention and contemplation practices, we explore the origins of restlessness, frustration, and tension that influence our personal and work lives.
Where do these experiences stem from? Are they triggered by external factors, crises, loss, or illness? Or do they arise from an intrinsic part of human experience, predominantly shaped by our perceptions of reality, mental patterns, expectations, and attachments?
The lecture also encourages an essential debate on a fundamental question: can we be free from suffering?
