Vered Lamm Naon

From an early age, I felt that we only access a small part of our enormous human potential. Growing up, I developed curiosity about how our inner worlds function and how habits, conditioning, and automatic patterns influence our experience, often causing unnecessary struggles. My life’s journey has been dedicated to breaking free from these limitations. Throughout this process, I have gathered tools, practices, and insights that now form the foundation of my work with others.
  • My academic path first took shape in the sciences, with studies in Biology at Tel Aviv University and doctoral work in Genetic Engineering at the University of California, San Francisco. Over time, my academic interests expanded to include Psychology and Communication at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

I completed group facilitation training at Tel Aviv University and earned a Master’s degree in the Study of Religions. My thesis examined an early Buddhist text, the Abhidhamma, which details all possible states of consciousness and their interrelations.

  • I have been practicing meditation for more than 35 years, primarily within the Vipassana tradition. During this time, I expanded my knowledge with mindfulness-based programs and studied with teachers from various contemplative traditions.

About 15 years ago, I learned Byron Katie’s inquiry method directly from her. Since then, I have consistently applied the method and worked with individuals both in Israel and internationally. I also studied mediation at IDR Ltd.

  • I began my career in journalism, working for prominent Israeli newspapers. Later, I transitioned into public relations and strategic communications, serving as the first spokesperson for the Israel Democracy Institute and representing the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design.

My work has grown to encompass speechwriting for Members of Knesset, government ministers, and top CEOs. I eventually established a marketing and organizational communications firm serving major Israeli institutions and companies such as the Israel Electric Corporation, the Port of Haifa, the Weizmann Institute of Science, and the Israeli Center for Libraries. After a decade of development, the firm became part of Arad Communications, a top Israeli strategic consulting company, as its organizational communications division.

  • Today, I facilitate group processes and provide individual support by combining mindfulness, inquiry techniques, and tools from my background in management and organizations.

  • I see my work as a calling. Over the years, I have worked with courageous individuals and seen meaningful change take shape, often sooner than expected.

  • I reside in Tel Aviv with my husband and our twin sons.
